Our Standard Towing Rate Breakdown

To ensure fairness, our rates are calculated based on your specific vehicle type and the total road distance:

 Standard Vehicles: For small cars, sedans, coupes, crossovers, and compact SUVs, we charge a flat $135.00 base hook-up fee, plus $2.75 per kilometre of transport.

 Light Trucks & Large SUVs: Larger, heavier vehicles like the RAM 1500, Ford F-150, Chevy Silverado, or full-size SUVs require heavy-duty equipment. For these models, the base hook-up fee is $150.00, followed by a transport rate of $3.00 per kilometre.

Understanding the Extended Hook-up & Labor Policy

Our standard base fee covers normal loading and vehicle securing procedures under standard roadside conditions. However, if a vehicle recovery becomes prolonged due to complex situations—such as vehicles stuck in tight underground parking garages, missing or seized wheels, deeply ditched vehicles, missing keys, or waiting times—an additional labor charge of $25.00 for every 30 minutes will apply after the initial standard period.

Please note: All calculated rates are subject to applicable local taxes (calculated at 13%). Final pricing may vary depending on extreme weather conditions, after-hours emergency dispatches, or specialized winching requirements.
